Who invented eCommerce and WWW?

 Who invented eCommerce?

English inventor Michael Aldrich introduced electronic shopping in 1979 by connecting a modified TV to a transaction-processing computer via telephone line. This system was sold in 1980 and offered as an inter-company system, then sold in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain (Miva, 2020).

Who invented WWW?

British scientist, a graduate of Oxford University Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web (WWW) in 1989 while working at CERN, the European Particle Physics Laboratory. The Web was originally devised and developed to meet the demand for automated information exchange between scientists at universities and research institutes around the world (W3.org, 2021).
