Contact & support pages are important in an e-com website, as it enhances the customer's experience with the website. Showing that you care about your customers and providing support for them is crucial to make them feel confident about your business.



I tried to make it simple for customers to contact us when they want to. So, I made two pages to helping customers with any issues they face during shopping with us. Firstly, "Contact us" page is a simple page, I included variety contact options such as phone number, social media, and address. Secondly, "Support" page is for more important issues that the customer might face, when the user enters their message it will automatically be sent to our email to try and solve it asap. In addition, there is a useful tool that I added to website which is "Live Chat". I find it very useful and enhances customer's experience during shopping.
